Let’s Be Real Here.

For some time I have been real with you, and telling you how I feel and I have just stopped doing these posts with assignments. I wanted to get REAL with you. My followers and fans. Getting REAL here has helped me face the unfaceable and it has helped me get right with myself. This blogger wants to share relatable material, and of course I have a lot of these relatable stories for you. But there is one thing you may need to do if you are going to blog about your feelings, and I had to do the same thing. I had to GET REAL WITH MYSELF, and yeah I had a hard time being real with myself. I had to learn to trust myself and I had to “grow a pair.”

Being real will help you find your way through the trauma and anxiety, the depression and the PTSD if you suffer from anxiety, depression and PTSD. By being real with yourself, you can go back into that situation even though your re-living it. By talking about that situation it really helps get the perspective to the situation in which you need so, you can become real with yourself. Not only that dealing and being real with the situation will help you grow as an individual 100%.

When we grow as a person, we are able to thrive in a better setting and if that setting is depressing you or causing you anxiety then change the setting to suit your needs. It’s that simple. Change can be a good thing through and through all you need is a good mindset to do so. You don’t need to be on autopilot and you don’t have to be, just follow your gut instincts and they will take you the rest of the way.
